A Higan Cherry cultivar that blooms in both the spring and again in the fall in warmer climates, Autumnalis is an attractive tree with multi-season interest. The deep pink buds open to semi-double light pink flowers, blooming profusely in the spring and more sparsely in the fall. The fruit is attractive to birds but are not ornamentally significant. Young leaves are a pale bronze green, turning shades yellow in the fall. With a rounded and symmetrical crown, use as a specimen or in groups.
