Striking hybrid Japanese Flowering Cherry from a cross between P. incisa and P. serrulata developed in Holland by Albert Doorenbos. This attractive small tree has an upright form in youth, spreading as it matures. Named for the pure white fragrant single flowers with yellow centers that resemble fluffy snow covering the branches before the dark green leaves emerge. The foliage turns shades of yellow and orange in the fall. Adding to display is the copper-red bark that peels for additional winter interest and dimension in the landscape.
