Australia, 1868. Very late maturing, late keeping, dual purpose apple. Flesh is hard, crisp and juicy with excellent tart flavor. Fruit is grass green and shiny. Good pollinator for 'Delicious' Golden, 'Delicious' Red and 'Jonathan'.
