An early large-flowered cultivar featuring striking lilac-blue petals with a distinctive, fountain-like double center on 4–5" blooms. Flowering from June through September, it is compact, free-flowering, and repeat blooming, making it ideal for containers, trellises, or weaving through small shrubs in limited garden spaces. Notably hardy, it continues to produce abundant blooms even after harsh winters damage top growth. Discovered in 1994 by Raymond Evison in a Japanese nursery, this resilient variety is classified as pruning type 2.
